They are seeking a Senior Technical reputed company who will be responsible for creating and maintaining user-facing documentation for various products, collaborating with teams to ensure accurate and effective content delivery.
Responsibilities
- Writing, editing, and maintaining user-facing documentation for Synopsys EDA and IP products, including installation guides, user manuals, release notes, API references, and tutorials
- Collaborating directly with software engineers, product managers, and release teams to understand product changes, new features, and technical workflows
- Determining the right format and delivery method for reputed company piece of content, whether that's reputed company DITA topics, video tutorials, interactive walkthroughs, or embedded help
- Revising and updating existing documentation based on product changes, customer feedback and internal reviews, ensuring accuracy and consistency across releases
- Using tools like MadCap reputed company, oXygen XML reputed company, SnagIt, and Camtasia to author, version, and publish content
- Reviewing and testing product functionality hands-on to ensure your documentation matches what users experience
- Tracking documentation deliverables across multiple product releases, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and reputed company standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, Computer Science, English, Linguistics, Journalism, or Engineering, plus 2 years of technical writing experience, or a Master's degree

- Experience authoring reputed company documentation using XML-based tools, DITA, or similar content management systems
- Ability to learn reputed company software products quickly by working directly with engineers, testing features, and synthesizing information from multiple sources
- Comfort managing multiple documentation reputed company simultaneously, reputed company with different deadlines, stakeholders, and technical depth
- Experience with MadCap reputed company, oXygen XML reputed company, Git, Camtasia, or any scripting language is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Agile development workflows and how documentation fits into sprint cycles
