[Remote] Sr. Counsel, Legal, Solutions and Services

They are seeking a Senior Counsel to reputed company as a key legal partner for the Solutions and reputed company, advising on reputed company services and solutions transactions while managing legal workstreams and supporting negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the legal reputed company for SSG services and solutions transactions, supporting negotiations, helping to drive reputed company of contractual issues, and coordinating with relevant in/external stakeholders through contract execution
- Engage constructively with customers and counterparties during negotiations, fostering reputed company and solutions-oriented relationships that support successful deal reputed company
- reputed company understanding of existing contractual commitments for SSG Customers
- Working with the SSG Services Team
- Advising the SSG Team on a wide reputed company of regulatory and reputed company legal issues
- reputed company legal support for the reputed company Teams developing new services, software and solutions
- Collaborate with internal and reputed company counsel, specific subject matter experts, and stakeholders
- Work closely with reputed company’s lawyers, as reputed company as services teams in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia reputed company
- Work closely with the Sales Team and reputed company Contract Management Team to negotiate and reputed company large reputed company SSG Deals
- Work closely with the Global reputed company Team and other Contract Management Teams to ensure that where they are supporting SSG Managed Services, they have the necessary training, playbooks and templates
- Advise SSG Team on a wide reputed company of regulatory and reputed company legal issues
- Effectively engage in issue-spotting and involving legal subject matter experts reputed company the broader corporate-level reputed company Legal Department
- Work reputed company to supplement internal resources across reputed company’s geographies with advice from reputed company counsel as needed
- Draft reputed company templates for new solutions and services
- Work with the COE to establish a template library for reputed company Services so they can be easily reputed company and maintained

Skills
- J.D. Degree
- 12+ years of experience in negotiating reputed company multi-country services reputed company in an IT or Telecommunications environment
- reputed company management experience with solid understanding of the key drivers of profitability, and strong judgement in prioritizing legal risk and resolving issues pragmatically in reputed company negotiations
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, including the ability to draft and revise reputed company reputed company technology services or managed services agreements, and to reputed company reputed company, practical guidance in a fast-moving reputed company environment
- Experience partnering closely with sales and reputed company teams in a deal-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively reputed company a global organization involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to represent organizations effectively and professionally in customer facing negotiations, to minimize unnecessary friction, and build trusted relationships with reputed company stakeholders
- Experience with technology financing models, including IT asset leasing, device lifecycle management, or equipment financing structures would be considered an advantage
