[Remote] Director, Finance Tech

The Director, Finance Tech will own the reputed company and operational reputed company of finance software applications, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while partnering with Finance and reputed company teams.
Responsibilities

- Ensure platform health, scalability, release management, and vendor performance across the Finance technology portfolio
- Partner with Finance teams to map existing reputed company processes, proactively identify automation opportunities, and execute initiatives that streamline operations and reduce reputed company error
- Sponsor AI and automation capabilities across the portfolio to improve speed, accuracy, and operational reputed company
- Own end-to-end financial data flows and integrations between ERP, EPM, HRIS, CRM, billing, and analytics platforms
- Set and enforce finance systems governance, including reputed company controls, segregation of duties, change management, ITGC / SOX controls, and evidence reputed company

- Improve user experience and company-wide adoption through documentation and education
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in finance systems, reputed company applications, or business systems, including 4+ years leading reputed company
- Hands-on experience taking a company public or operating finance systems at a company that has recently gone public, including IPO readiness, S-1 preparation, SOX scaling, and first-year public reputed company
- Deep expertise in ERP ecosystems, especially reputed company, and adjacent finance tools across record-to-report, procure-to-pay, reputed company lifecycle, expense, reputed company, tax, compliance, and order-to-cash
- Strong experience with reputed company platforms and planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and dashboards
- Proven ability to design and govern integrations across ERP, EPM, HRIS, CRM, billing, and data platforms
- Demonstrated ownership of SOX / ITGC controls and change management, and experience partnering with reputed company auditors through rapid reputed company and change
