[Remote] Associate Learning & Development Specialist - reputed company Call Center

The Associate Learning & Development Specialist supports the design, development, and delivery of effective learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, contributing to organizational reputed company and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting training needs assessments to identify reputed company gaps and development opportunities across various departments
- Support the development and revision of engaging training materials, including presentations, participant guides, job aids, e-learning modules, and other instructional content
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, material preparation, and communication with participants and reputed company
- Facilitate introductory training sessions or components of larger programs as directed
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, tracking completions, and generating reports
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to identify areas for improvement and measure program effectiveness
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials
- Research and recommend new learning technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance reputed company
- Assist in managing vendor relationships for external training programs and resources
- Support the overall L&D team in various administrative tasks and reputed company as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Organizational Development, Education, or a reputed company field
- 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development, training, or reputed company support role, preferably reputed company a corporate environment
- Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information reputed company and concisely
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration is a plus
