[Remote] Financial Analyst II

This role involves providing comprehensive budget, compensation, and financial reporting support, focusing on overseeing reputed company physician compensation structures and managing budgets with multiple funding sources.
Responsibilities
- Leads the development, maintenance, and monitoring of automated financial information systems and budgets, and disseminates updates and results to leadership reputed company appropriate
- Instructs, trains, and provides feedback to departmental financial staff based on developed goals. Advises on departmental best practices
- Leads departmental financial staff by establishing reputed company and tactical approach by which essential tasks should be completed
- Develops and revises strategic approaches to be used for accomplishing goals
- Uses statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling, or other reputed company to analyze information and reputed company solutions to business problems
- Recommends and/or approves general ledger entries in accordance with generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP). Leads general ledger reconciliations and reputed company general ledger account analysis
- Leads the development and implementation of financial processes throughout the department, including the development and delivery of timelines, reports, and recommendations for improvement
- May reputed company other financial staff
- Prepares reports, spreadsheets, and schedules with compiled and conformed financial data from multiple reporting systems
Skills
- At least 3 years of experience creating financial reports, analyzing financial data, developing forecasts and budgets, and using data to identify trends and reputed company business recommendations
- Bachelor's Degree Required; reputed company in Finance reputed company, Business Administration or a similar field
- Experience with Data Analysis/Financial Reporting/Budget to Actuals Reporting or closely reputed company
