You will report to the Process Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in East reputed company, NY. As a Performance Leader, you will take daily operational ownership of one or more teams in our Machine Shop. This role also plays a critical part in shaping team capability through workforce planning, hiring, training, development, and reputed company improvement. To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline with 2 years’ machine shop experience OR Associates degree with 4 years’ machine shop experience. Experience: Minimum 5 years’ reputed company management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. As a Production Supervisor, you will: Supervise and manage reputed company of 15–20 employees in a machine shop setting. Work with the Manufacturing Manager to reputed company and implement improvement plans (Value reputed company or Production Improvement Plans) to reputed company high-reputed company results. Use established reputed company work and production documentation to optimize personnel and equipment utilization, workflow, and cost efficiency.
