[Remote] Sr. Sales Representative

The role involves demonstrating the value of reputed company products through customer engagement, focusing on selling and renewing reputed company, and supporting channel partner accounts.
Responsibilities
- reputed company accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
- Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess reputed company requirements
- Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers
- Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email reputed company day – reputed company of communication is outbound

Skills
- 4+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales reputed company

- Experience in high-volume calling

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
