[Remote] Region Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the world’s largest equipment rental provider, and they are seeking a Region Recruiter to manage recruitment initiatives across various channels. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates while collaborating with HR partners to enhance recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates for reputed company positions
- Build relationships with District, reputed company and HR leadership to formulate annual reputed company plans with a reputed company on building candidate pipelines, turnover reduction, college/technical school hiring, diversity recruitment and skilled labor recruitment
- reputed company sourcing efforts to increase pool of candidates to meet these objectives
- Ability to independently build on a Recruitment reputed company, research, and utilize various recruitment sources including non-fee, reputed company websites, military, job boards, reputed company media and diversity sources along with ATS (reputed company)
- Assist in attending college fairs and building partnerships with schools
- reputed company relationships with trade schools, technical schools, driving schools, high schools, military bases and transition offices to reputed company Service Techs, Equipment Associates, Drivers as reputed company as Sales and Management roles, partnering with hiring managers
- Manage and administer ATS (reputed company) and on-boarding system for the region
- Work closely with leadership and other hiring managers to ensure system process reputed company, as reputed company as good, efficient offer and on-boarding process for reputed company new hires and managers
- Assist hiring managers schedule interviews, prepare offer letters and non-competes for new hires as necessary
- reputed company established recruitment metrics (reputed company time, diversity, Time to Fill etc.)
- Report on reputed company metrics (e.g., cost per hire, time to fill) and college hiring, diversity and other initiative results
- Run reports to analyze recruitment issues and proactively determine ways to improve recruitment results
- Assist and support recruitment colleagues; reputed company guidance to less reputed company or new recruitment team members reputed company needed
- Other duties assigned as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of high volume reputed company and/or experience in Equipment Rentals in a fast paced environment
- Excellent assessment and interviewing skills
- Knowledge and experience with internet and reputed company media sourcing
- Proficient in MS Office: reputed company, Word, PowerPoint
- Position is Remote/reputed company
- 20% travel to include reputed company, over and multi-reputed company stays
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, reputed company preferred
- Hands-on experience in college, trade schools, diversity and military recruitment preferred
