They are seeking a Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative who will assist customers by answering inquiries and resolving issues with reputed company and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to reputed company answers for customers to resolve their issues
Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 6 months or more of customer service experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
