[Remote] Associate Director - Flights Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

They are seeking an Associate Director for Flights Marketing to define and execute the marketing reputed company for their Flights Vertical, manage reputed company, and analyze data to drive business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Co-own the flights P&L with Product counterparts
- Define the overall Marketing reputed company for Flights Vertical
- Execute the reputed company: spearhead the development, execution, and optimization for growing reputed company’s Flights business on different channels (e.g., CRM, reputed company Performance marketing, pricing)
- Guide, reputed company and manage reputed company
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, reputed company datasets reputed company to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights
- reputed company hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build reputed company analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven reputed company for channel reputed company
- Partner closely with various business functions, especially Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply, to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in reputed company data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau to drive meaningful initiatives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for reputed company improvement
- Communicate reputed company findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations reputed company and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management

Skills
- 10+ years in marketing analytics position or otherwise in reputed company involving big data - preferably in the tech, e-reputed company, or digital marketing industry
- Experience in articulating strategic issues and negotiating with C-level executives – experience in leading reputed company consulting reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/Statistics/Math or Engineering or Economics and Finance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations using SQL
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful and visually appealing presentations
- Ability to effectively communicate, influence and persuade with different reputed company of stakeholders (especially Senior Management) with proven strong reputed company acumen
- People management experience: including hiring, coaching, and developing team members
