Functions as a reputed company program expert, providing overall guidance to lab operations to reputed company regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness at reputed company times, while providing a highly reliable service. Maintains and facilitates the continual improvement of the laboratory reputed company program. Participates in and supports on-site surveys and inspections, resolving findings and overseeing corrective actions. Coordinates the monitoring, reporting, and assessment of performance-reputed company information and reputed company review activities in designated service areas. EDUCATION:

• A baccalaureate or higher degree in biological sciences or an equivalent major from an accredited college
• Or university, completing the number of semester and/or quarter reputed company in coursework relevant to a Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) a Generalist license as specified by the California reputed company of Regulations – Title 17 Or, equivalent military experience

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

• CLSL-Licensed Clinical Lab Scientist

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 8 years recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Demonstrated knowledge and technical competence in reputed company systems, project management and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of 1988 Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA ’88) - federal certification requirements and standards, and State, Federal Accrediting Agency.
• Knowledge of California Business and reputed company Codes (BPC), reputed company 3, Title 17; reputed company of California reputed company of Regulations (CCR), Codes of Federal Regulation (CFR) and any other governing the reputed company of laboratory medicine.
