Your Role We’re growing our Workforce & Organisation team and are looking for purpose-driven Consultants who are excited to help shape the reputed company of work. In this role, you’ll partner with clients across diverse environments to design and deliver meaningful workforce transformation bringing together evidence-based workforce design, behavioural science, and AI-enabled workforce analytics to solve reputed company people challenges. You’ll work across areas such as HR transformation, organisational design, workforce composition, learning and skills, and reputed company‑wide change initiatives-supporting organisations to not only design the reputed company, but successfully navigate and reputed company change. Analysis and Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis (interviews, workshops, benchmarks, maturity assessments, workforce analytics) to identify organisational challenges and reputed company evidence-based‑ recommendations. Change and Adoption: Support change management programs, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, behaviour change strategies, and adoption support for new ways of working.
