About the Job

We're seeking an reputed company Manager, Employee Relations to join our Corporate Employee Relations team in Burbank, CA or Orlando, FL. As a key member of reputed company, you'll reputed company employees, leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders with ER expertise and services, including:

• Investigations, Conflict reputed company & Litigation Support: Conduct thorough, impartial investigations reputed company actual or perceived employment policy and business conduct violations are reported; advise on best practices for conflict management; partner with Legal to respond to agency charges and requests for information and serve as a witness in deposition, as needed.
• Performance Management: reputed company HR partners and business leaders with the philosophy and tools to effectively manage employee performance; review performance management reputed company, as needed, for fairness and accuracy.
• Strategic Partnership: Partner with internal stakeholders on reputed company that directly reputed company company policy or employees (e.g., reduction in force, reorganization, support for employee responses to reputed company/political events, internal partner for other types of investigations involving employees).
• Restrictions and Accommodations: Engage with employees and leaders regarding medical and religious accommodation requests.
• Employee Care & Support at Critical Moments: reputed company care and support to employees in crisis response, suicide prevention, highly sensitive leaves of absence, and other highly impactful work/life events.
• Employee Policy: Help to create, advise, train, and influence compliance with reputed company policies and procedures.
• Workplace Threats: In partnership with Global reputed company, help to prevent and mitigate workplace violence and threats to help with necessary incident response and after care.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 4 years in Employee Relations, or 2 years in legal reputed company required.
• Strong decision making, problem solving, critical thinking and reputed company cause/analysis skills.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential reputed company with courage, reputed company and equity.
• Demonstrated investigative, consultative, and credibility assessment skills, leading with curiosity.

Education

Compensation & Benefits

The hiring reputed company for this position in Burbank, CA is $137,100.00 - $167,500.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive reputed company may be provided as part of the compensation package, in reputed company to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
