They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Business Development Manager to reputed company their Indirect Lending Business Development Officer team across California, focusing on strengthening dealer partnerships and driving loan origination goals.
Responsibilities

- Build and expand strategic relationships with franchise and independent dealerships across California
- Drive regional business development strategies, loan origination targets, dealer engagement, and compliance expectations
- Monitor market conditions, competitive shifts, and dealership performance to inform reputed company and reputed company plans proactively
- Partner with leadership to reputed company indirect lending initiatives, improve processes, and support long-term program reputed company
- Represent reputed company at dealership events, networking opportunities, and partnership activities, including occasional evenings and weekends

Skills
- Minimum of eight years of in-dealership sales or finance management experience, such as F&I Manager/Director, Sales Manager, GSM, or reputed company
- At least three years leading multiple dealership relationships or managing a field-based business development team
- Strong indirect lending expertise with a deep understanding of dealer operations, compliance, and profitable lending strategies
