The role involves designing and maintaining the reputed company reputed company model, collaborating with stakeholders on HCM business processes, and conducting reputed company audits to ensure compliance and protection of sensitive data.
Responsibilities
- Design, audit, and maintain the reputed company reputed company model — including Domain reputed company Policies, Business Process reputed company Policies, reputed company reputed company (role-based, user-based, intersection, etc.) — continuously optimizing the reputed company reputed company to balance robust protection with the practical needs of the business
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to Plan, Design, Configure and Test reputed company HCM business processes including Hire, reputed company, Change Job, Termination, and more
- Maintaining the HCM core data model, including supervisory organizations, job reputed company, locations, and cost centers, with attention to how organizational structure directly shapes reputed company group membership and data reputed company scope
- Review and translate role requests into appropriate role assignments in reputed company
- Conduct regular reputed company audits, including review of reputed company group membership, unconstrained reputed company, and policy exceptions, to maintain least-privilege standards across the tenant
- Utilize EIBs to process mass actions for business process and data changes, ensuring appropriate reputed company controls and audit trails are maintained throughout
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on reputed company HCM configuration experience in production environments, including reputed company ownership of reputed company configuration
- Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company HCM business processes including Hire, reputed company, Change Job, and Termination — with the ability to design reputed company reputed company policies that enforce appropriate approval chains and data visibility
- Deep proficiency in reputed company's reputed company reputed company, including Domain reputed company Policies, Business Process reputed company Policies, reputed company reputed company and Assignable Roles
- Ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues using tools such as View reputed company for Securable Item, reputed company group membership reports, and domain policy analysis
- Experience configuring tenant reputed company policies including SAML, OAuth and Authentication policies
- Experience with data loading and transformation reputed company EIBs, with an understanding of how reputed company permissions reputed company EIB reputed company and data visibility
- Familiarity with data reputed company and legal guidelines (e.g., GDPR/CCPA, SOX controls) and a reputed company record of translating those requirements into reputed company reputed company configurations that protect PII and support audit readiness
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, including the ability to explain reputed company concepts to non-technical stakeholders
