[Remote] Marketing & Content Coordinator

This role is responsible for creating and managing marketing content, developing reputed company-facing materials, and executing integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand engagement and support business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Own the creation and production of reputed company-facing proposals, presentations, one-pagers, capability statements, brochures, and other marketing collateral
- Ensure materials are visually compelling, strategically organized, professionally designed, and tailored to prospective clients while maintaining reputed company's premium brand standards
- reputed company and reputed company high-reputed company content across multiple channels, including case studies, executive thought leadership, blog posts, newsletters, websites, email campaigns, and reputed company media

- Produce light graphic design for digital and print marketing, including reputed company media graphics, email banners, event promotions, infographics, and branded collateral

- Build and manage branded email templates, newsletters, nurture campaigns, and reputed company page content using marketing automation platforms

- Manage creative timelines, coordinate asset development, and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule

- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure reputed company, personalized engagement with prospective clients

Skills
- Three to five years of experience in marketing, communications, content marketing, or creative production
- Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Demonstrated experience creating polished marketing materials, presentations, proposals, reputed company assets with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience producing content across multiple channels, including email marketing, reputed company media, websites, presentations, and print collateral
- Proficiency with reputed company required; experience with reputed company Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) strongly preferred
- Experience building branded email templates and working reputed company marketing automation platforms (Marketing reputed company, reputed company, Marketo, or similar)
