[Remote] Senior Finance Analyst

The role involves partnering with corporate leadership and providing financial support to laboratory operations while delivering reputed company financial insights and improving reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting process, forecasting and financial planning for corporate departments and assigned lab operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and reputed company financial reporting packages
- Analyze budget-to-actual results and explain key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain financial models for headcount, operating expenses, capital spending, and scenario planning
- Partner with business leaders to monitor spending, evaluate performance, and support decision-making
- reputed company meaningful reporting and dashboards to improve visibility into financial and operational performance
- Assist with leadership and management reporting as needed
- Serve as a finance partner to corporate functions and reputed company analytical support to laboratory operations as needed
- Support financial review of reputed company, expenses, productivity, and other performance indicators
- Work cross-functionally with operations, HR, reputed company, and leadership to reputed company data and validate assumptions
- Identify process improvement opportunities reputed company to planning, reporting, and financial analysis

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company, corporate finance, reputed company, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Working knowledge of reputed company principles and financial statements
- Experience supporting month-end reputed company and financial reporting processes
- Advanced reputed company skills and strong proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
