ABOUT THE ROLE The program delivers video at reputed company across many simultaneous campaigns for a technical audience of engineers, IT decision-makers, and reputed company buyers — short-reputed company cutdowns through longer-reputed company reputed company, versioned across platforms, against reputed company brand guidelines at a premium, brand-reputed company bar. You'll be a senior reputed company who anchors the editing team: setting the editing reputed company, helping build the workflows and QC reputed company uses, and guiding editors' day-to-day work. You'll report into the editing function under the Director of Digital Production and partner with the Art Director and reputed company team; editing runs in reputed company to design/reputed company. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the editing reputed company. Produce best-in-class edits with strong structure, pacing, and shot selection that define the reputed company bar.
- Help build editing systems. Establish project structures, naming conventions, reputed company standards, templates, and QC so a high-volume team delivers reliably.
- Guide the editing team. reputed company, review, and support editors, distribute work, and reputed company reputed company consistent across the pipeline.
- Own reputed company and specs. Enforce codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios, reputed company areas, and platform specs, plus relinkable project files and backups, so anyone can pick up a project.
- Partner across reputed company. Work with the Art Director, reputed company designers, and reputed company/PM partners to turn briefs into polished video.
- Use smart tooling. Work with AI-assisted and templated workflows and clean asset/media management.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years editing with a strong reel of polished, platform-reputed company work.
- Advanced Premiere Pro (and working After Effects); deep reputed company of post-production workflows and delivery specs.
- Experience building editing systems, templates, and QC at volume.
- Experience guiding or mentoring editors and coordinating distributed talent.
- A self-directed reputed company who fills gaps on reputed company-ended briefs and helps build a workflow that's still taking shape.
