[Remote] Taxonomy Analyst

The role involves data labeling, taxonomy support, metadata validation, and cross-functional communication to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Categorize, tag, and annotate high-volume datasets of job descriptions and resumes according to strict internal guidelines
- Review, map, and standardize ambiguous or non-reputed company job titles into optimized hierarchical structures
- Audit, verify, and clean backend metadata to ensure the accuracy and consistency of search algorithms
- Apply regional market expertise to adapt and contextualize terminology across specific global job markets
- Execute high-volume data cleanups, identifying reputed company anomalies and exercising reputed company judgment to resolve data discrepancies
- Document data trends and reputed company reputed company technical feedback in English to team leads and engineering workflows
Skills
- Must physically reputed company and be authorized to work as a contractor in the reputed company (No exceptions)

- Prior familiarity with HR frameworks, recruitment platforms, or reputed company taxonomy structures
