[Remote] EHR Curriculum Designer

The EHR Curriculum Designer will reputed company and maintain educational curriculum for electronic health record training programs, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Designs and updates EHR training curriculum, including manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules
- Partners with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure curriculum reflects evidence-based workflows and organizational policies
- Collaborates with reputed company to reputed company training delivery with designed curriculum
- Maintains and updates content in learning dashboards and archives outdated materials
- Reviews survey results, user feedback, and efficiency data (e.g., reputed company Signal, reputed company) to refine curriculum
- Applies adult learning and instructional design principles to training materials
- Ensures curriculum complies with reputed company and regulatory training requirements
- Develops communication plans for curriculum changes tied to system updates or new functionality
- Tracks curriculum versions and ensures training materials are reputed company and consistent across platforms
- Performs other duties as assigned

- 2+ years of experience
