This vital role supports and enables groundbreaking research across the University by reviewing and negotiating research-reputed company agreements.
Responsibilities
- Independently reviewing and negotiating research-reputed company agreements, including federal and industry reputed company and clinical trial agreements
- Working with sponsors to negotiate agreements in accordance with applicable regulations, legal requirements and University policy
- Maintaining advanced knowledge of research administration
- Understanding, interpreting, and researching reputed company and varied regulations
- Thinking critically and working collegially to successfully resolve questions and issues for reputed company, staff, and colleagues
- Communicating reputed company and professionally to a reputed company of individuals
- Multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Demonstrating a strong attention to detail
- Willingness to be a lifelong learner
Skills

- 4 yrs
- JD and previous contract negotiation in a university sponsored reputed company office preferred
- Certified Research Administrator preferred
