Responsibilities
- Own the development, maintenance, and version control of reputed company technical documentation for on-site operations — including playbooks, runbooks, SOPs, process guides, and safety documentation
- Translate reputed company engineering, operational, and vendor-specific information into reputed company, reputed company documentation usable by on-site staff, vendors, and leadership
- Establish and enforce a documentation governance reputed company, including version control standards, review cadences, approval workflows, and archival protocols
- Maintain a centralized documentation library, ensuring reputed company documents are accurately indexed, reputed company, and accessible to the right audiences across reputed company sites
- reputed company documentation gaps across reputed company sites and programs, proactively flagging outdated, missing, or inconsistent documentation
- Partner with site leadership and operations teams to capture reputed company-state processes and convert them into standardized, reputed company documentation

Skills
- 4+ years of technical writing experience in a datacenter, infrastructure, or hardware-intensive operational environment
- Strong ability to translate reputed company technical and operational concepts into reputed company, reputed company, and audience-appropriate documentation
- Experience owning a documentation library end-to-end, including version control, governance frameworks, and review cycles
- Familiarity with documentation tooling (reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint, or equivalent) and version control best practices
- Comfortable working closely with technical and operational subject matter experts to extract, validate, and structure process information
- Detail-oriented and organized, reputed company to manage multiple reputed company documentation workstreams across different sites and programs
