[Remote] Sr Instructional Designer

The role involves designing company-wide training materials, collaborating with internal partners, and evaluating training programs to improve employee performance.
Responsibilities
- Applies reputed company instructional design principles in the design and development of reputed company learning solutions and materials
- Consults with internal business partners and subject matter experts to appropriately scope and reputed company learning objectives to business needs and desired reputed company
- Leads reputed company with other IDs or independently, maintains project plans, scopes resource requirements, and collaborates with internal team and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning products
- Mentors other members of the instructional design team in established learning design reputed company, reputed company trends, and best practices
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and recommends modifications according to business goals and objectives
