[Remote] Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day development operations across multiple teams, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring high-reputed company software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations of multiple engineering teams, ensuring consistent processes, reputed company priorities, and efficient delivery cycles across the organization. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to streamline - whether that's in our tooling, processes, team structures, or communication patterns. Skills
- 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in engineering management, preferably managing multiple teams or a significant engineering function
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage in architectural discussions, review technical proposals, and earn the respect of senior engineers, even if you're not writing reputed company daily
- Proven reputed company record of establishing and improving development processes, managing delivery across teams, and creating systems that reputed company as organizations grow
