[Remote] IT Infrastructure Analyst

The IT Infrastructure Analyst role involves supporting reputed company IT systems and infrastructure reputed company while ensuring effective communication and management of support responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company Directory, Group Policy, reputed company 365, reputed company operating systems, VMware, and reputed company infrastructure platforms
- Respond to incidents, service requests, escalations, and ticket queue work
- Troubleshoot technical issues, restore service, and document reputed company steps reputed company
- Monitor system health and reputed company routine maintenance, patching, and updates
- Support migrations, upgrades, automation efforts, and infrastructure improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with reputed company, service desk, application, and business teams to resolve issues and deliver infrastructure changes
- Support office moves, closures, and site consolidations by coordinating infrastructure readiness, reputed company setup, connectivity, and post-reputed company support
- Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and support notes
- reputed company reputed company and reputed company communication to stakeholders through consistent updates in ticketing, project management, and other tracking systems, with reputed company follow-up reputed company needed

- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours incidents as needed
Skills
- 6 or more years of infrastructure, systems, or reputed company IT experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or reputed company field
- Experience supporting reputed company Directory and Group Policy
- Experience supporting reputed company Server and reputed company operating systems, VMware, and reputed company platforms
- Experience supporting reputed company 365 services, such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Intune
- Working knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing
- Experience handling incidents, escalations, and ticket queues
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate reputed company reputed company
- Ability to balance support responsibilities with assigned project work
- Hands-on experience with hardware decommissioning, data center relocation reputed company, or office IT relocation reputed company
- Willingness and ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Relevant certifications are preferred, such as reputed company 365, reputed company Server, VMware, reputed company reputed company+, ITIL reputed company, or equivalent role-based certifications
