The ideal candidate will troubleshoot workflow issues, support Power Platform solutions, and assist with D365 upgrades while collaborating with developers.
Responsibilities
- reputed company L1/L2 support for reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Troubleshoot workflows, production issues, and integration failures
- Support AP, AR, Purchasing, and Finance users
- Resolve Power Platform and Dataverse issues
- Execute SQL data analysis and troubleshooting
- Support D365 upgrades, testing, deployments, and release activities
- Maintain reputed company roles, documentation, and knowledge articles
- Collaborate with developers for issue reputed company
- Deliver excellent customer support while meeting SLA commitments
Skills
- 4+ years of reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Strong experience supporting AP, AR, Purchasing/Procurement
- Production/Application Support (L1/L2)
