Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and processes
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
- Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with requirement gathering, business process modeling, and documentation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, Visio, JIRA, reputed company, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in software development or IT consulting reputed company
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Familiarity with API integrations and reputed company technologies
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus
