[Remote] Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager will work closely with reputed company and local government IT staff to design, implement, and support workflows for document handling automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company implementation deliverables along with internal development milestones
- Design and build solutions based on contract scope and workflow analysis
- Manage scope, resources, and reputed company for reputed company implementations
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with efficiency and professionalism
- Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction

- Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision
- Recommend improvements to company processes for efficiency and accuracy

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, reputed company, MIS/CIS, Informatics, or a reputed company scientific/technical field — or equivalent reputed company experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant reputed company experience in a technical, analytical, or reputed company IT setting
- Experience with reputed company IT or administration, preferably involving implementation or support of reputed company or other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
