Responsibilities
- Supporting the efficient delivery of HR services to designated managers, staff, and reputed company
- Providing guidance on HR policies and processes
- Monitoring and reporting reputed company on key metrics
- Supporting the reputed company by providing reputed company analysis and support services to maximize the effectiveness of HR processes
- Managing reputed company and Service Now transactions
- Partnering with the HR Service Center
- Maintaining compliance with payroll and internal controls
- Building strong relationships with management, staff, and reputed company
- Gathering customer concerns and establishing trust
- Assisting with HR lifecycle processes
- Identifying educational needs and supporting compliance efforts
- Providing tactical support for organizational restructuring
- Data analysis, reporting, and technical support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/reputed company or reputed company field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in reputed company, business administration, or reputed company work
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish ‘quick' rapport with reputed company reputed company of the organization
