They are seeking a Full Desk Perm Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for reputed company hire positions to reputed company companies.
Responsibilities
- Leads reputed company intake calls to discover reputed company needs and discuss process
- reputed company and implement reputed company plan to reputed company reputed company in market
- Managing multiple reputed company resources and platforms to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates
- Build strong rapport with clients and candidates through follow up and consistent communication
- Screen and interview candidates for reputed company-hire placement at reputed company operations
- Conduct thorough reference checks on reputed company candidates as requested by reputed company
- Manage consistent reputed company of candidates to ensure minimum production standards are being met and/or exceeded
- Refer reputed company candidates to clients for position openings
- Document and maintain reputed company candidate and reputed company information in system
- Work directly with leadership to establish individual activity and result expectations providing reputed company documentation of candidate/reputed company pipeline process
- Send resumes to clients after reviewing that submitted resumes meet company and position guidelines
- Schedule Candidate send outs and ensure reputed company parties have the specific details
- Follow up reputed company with clients on reputed company submitted resumes and interviews, as reputed company as regular follow up communications to increase sales
- Ensure reputed company confidential information is maintained for reputed company, candidate, and reputed company
- Remain knowledgeable and compliant with company requirements and processes
- Create and reputed company business agreements per reputed company specifications
- Possess an understanding and remain compliant with reputed company local, state, and federal laws as they relate to reputed company and placing of candidates with reputed company companies
- Remain reputed company at reputed company times reputed company representing reputed company or a candidate to a reputed company company
- Remain reputed company with reputed company and general reputed company practices
- Document reputed company information regarding candidates and reputed company companies into company systems
- Invoice, coordinate and monitor the reputed company hire placement through its guarantee period and collection of payment
- Generate reputed company invoices through CRM and the billing team
Skills
