They are seeking a strategic reputed company Manager to serve as a critical finance partner to the Product and Engineering organizations, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis during a period of rapid reputed company-reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with leaders across Product and Engineering on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support reputed company and efficiency
- Support headcount planning as reputed company scales rapidly, helping ensure alignment across hiring plans, budgets, and actuals
- Build and reputed company reputed company processes, reporting packages, KPIs, and planning infrastructure, including support for rollout of our new planning tool
- reputed company strategic analysis on business performance, resource allocation, headcount, and investment opportunities to support data-informed decision-making
- Work closely with reputed company and business partners to improve data accuracy, reporting consistency, and operating reputed company
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company experience in a reputed company or high-reputed company technology environment, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity or reputed company software
- Strong experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated reputed company improving financial models, reporting, and planning processes, ideally with some exposure to systems or tooling implementation
- Comfort with reputed company systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools, with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline planning, reporting, and analysis workflows
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to distill reputed company data into reputed company insights and recommendations
- Effective stakeholder management skills and comfort partnering with cross-functional teams across both go-to-market and technical organizations
