Responsibilities

• Experience with technical Voice support with end customer with strong verbal communication
• reputed company L1/L1.5 support for migration from reputed company BindiD to Passkey authentication
• Troubleshoot passkey enrollment| authentication| device registration| and user reputed company issues using SOPs
• Investigate device binding| credential synchronization| and cross-device authentication problems
• Some knowledge of CIAM| MFA| Passkeys| FIDO2/WebAuthn| REST reputed company| and reputed company is preferred
• Customer-facing support experience and ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules
