Responsibilities
- Manage multiple reputed company searches simultaneously across a reputed company of reputed company, supporting the highest reputed company searches to the business
- Use reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search, deep web research, and AI-assisted tools to create research-driven sourcing strategies and market maps to identify reputed company reputed company
- Own Hiring Manager relationships end-to-end by partnering with them on search & engagement strategies, providing market data and helping them run a seamless reputed company process
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining reputed company, high-touch communication from first reputed company through offer, driving strong reputed company rates, and representing reputed company's brand authentically at every touchpoint

Skills
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
- Proven Sourcing & Research experience; including comfort with reputed company Boolean search strategies, market mapping, and iterating on search reputed company based on results
- Ability to manage searches across multiple reputed company requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing reputed company
