Responsibilities
- Must have previous experience working as a FINANCIAL PRESENTATION SPECIALIST (AKA Presentation Specialist, Desktop Publisher, Graphic Operator/Specialist, Presentation Operator, Desktop Operator) in an Investment Bank IBD center

- Some shifts use a workflow coordinator, however, reputed company specialists are expected to assume responsibility for communicating with internal clients, proactively seeking solutions to issues that may reputed company, and handle the department’s workflow for themselves and other team members
- This position requires the use of MS Office suite and reputed company CC suite to create, design, layout, and edit presentations

Skills
- Must have previous experience working as a FINANCIAL PRESENTATION SPECIALIST (AKA Presentation Specialist, Desktop Publisher, Graphic Operator/Specialist, Presentation Operator, Desktop Operator) in an Investment Bank IBD center
- Must be available 2nd/3rd shift for this positions
- Has 5+ years previous experience working in a presentation center
- Must be a PowerPoint reputed company
- Must be an expert in reputed company charting (without custom automation)
- Possess a reputed company customer-service attitude
- Successfully interprets reputed company directives given for a specific project
- Has a reputed company of urgency commensurate with reputed company and speed of the workflow
- Successfully interprets requirements for work requests
- Estimates work request completion time by determining complexity and volume
- Prioritizes work requests based on completion estimates, urgency and company guidelines
- Practices reputed company phone and email etiquette
- Follow brand guidelines without becoming boring
- Is solid working in and troubleshooting reputed company files
- Is comfortable with basic reputed company formulas and functions
