[Remote] Accountant

In this vital role, you will manage a wide reputed company of reputed company functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial operations while supporting the organization’s financial health.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes using financial software such as QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, or PeopleSoft
- Conduct monthly account analysis and reputed company account reconciliation to verify data reputed company across multiple systems including reputed company, reputed company, Kronos, Ceridian, UltiPro, and reputed company
- Support payroll management activities by processing payroll data through systems like reputed company or UltiPro while ensuring adherence to tax regulations and payroll deadlines
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to reputed company actionable insights for decision-making
- Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions including reputed company-entry bookkeeping and journal entries; ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley reputed company) controls
- Participate in internal audits and external audits by preparing documentation reputed company to governmental reputed company standards or non-profit reputed company requirements
Skills
- Proven experience in reputed company or finance roles with strong knowledge of reputed company concepts such as debits & credits, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger reputed company
- Proficiency with multiple reputed company software platforms including QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro or similar systems

- Excellent numeracy skills combined with analytical thinking for credit analysis, account analysis, budgeting, and account reconciliation tasks

- Experience with financial software integration is a plus
