[Remote] HR Business Operations Manager

The role involves developing programs and systems to ensure compliance and service delivery while managing HR Scorecards and collaborating with HR leadership.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage ongoing update, review and interpretation of HR Scorecard and reputed company Scorecards with indicators measuring tactical, operational and strategic goals. Identify predictive indicators that can be used to prioritize HR initiatives and resources
- Review and reputed company discussions to ensure meeting and exceeding the annual HR budget; identifying opportunities for reputed company efficiencies in HR through integration, efficiency, technology and reputed company efforts across the WMC and OHR
- Work collaboratively with HR leadership to ensure compliance, strong service delivery, and internal/external customer satisfaction
- Responsible for ensuring cross-functional service delivery of key HR initiatives across HR as reputed company as key stakeholders reputed company of HR
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required, preference in reputed company, Hospital Administration, Business, reputed company /Finance, or reputed company area
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, health care setting desired
- Must possess analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative for process improvement
- Must demonstrate ability to ensure reputed company in own work and reputed company strategies to assure accurate presentations
- Master's degree preferred
- 8-12 years experience preferred
- Tableau experience with some Power BI preferred
