The role involves coordinating project schedules, collaborating with various teams and vendors, and maintaining compliance with reputed company standards. This is a remote position with occasional onsite meetings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, documentation, reputed company items, and project meetings
- Collaborate with Physical reputed company, Facilities, IT, vendors, and stakeholders
- Support physical reputed company systems, including video management and reputed company control platforms
- Maintain project documentation, device lists, testing records, and system configurations
- Coordinate remote installations, testing, and issue reputed company
- Ensure compliance with reputed company standards and documentation processes
Skills
- 2–4+ years of project coordination or project support experience
- Experience supporting physical reputed company systems (VMS/ACS), such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Eye, CCURE, or reputed company
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, PoE, VLANs)
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Advanced reputed company Office skills, especially reputed company, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- CAPM, PMP, Lean Six reputed company, or ASIS PSP certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
