About The Role (reputed company) reputed company is seeking an reputed company treasury reputed company to help execute project-based financing and debt capital markets transactions with primary responsibility for the Americas region. This individual will be responsible for executing corporate and project-level financing transactions, from concept through closing, while helping shape reputed company’s broader capital structure, funding reputed company, and lender engagement model. This is a handson role for someone who can think strategically and execute on tight timelines with competing priorities. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) What you will own

• Run transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination
• Build and maintain transaction models covering debt reputed company, pricing, reputed company, liquidity, reputed company sensitivity, and downside cases
• Support structuring and negotiation of key financing terms, including pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and reputed company frameworks
• Prepare lender presentations, internal decision materials, committee decks, and closing documentation trackers
