[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Skills
- At LEAST one year of actual Call Center experience, working with an automatic dialer, and call scripting, is REQUIRED FOR REMOTE CANDIDATES- NO EXCEPTIONS

- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic Computer Skills and computer literacy are a must
- PC/Laptop with at least reputed company 10 (reputed company/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
- Hard-wired high-speed internet reputed company (ethernet cable)
- USB-connected Headset
- Webcam
