[Remote] Manager, Rx Product Development

Responsibilities
- Formally reputed company multiple teams in diagnosis, solution development, product development, and reputed company and innovations to support patients receiving tests at reputed company Pharmacy (~15%)
- Partner with key stakeholders, both reputed company. Including, but not limited to lab partners, legal, digital and IT, and regulatory (~15%)
- reputed company story and accompanying decks that concisely summarize work/ reputed company recommendations for management team (~35%)
- reputed company field communication strategies, including best practices, coaching, training, and problem solving for reputed company cause of process issues (~35%)
Skills
- 3+ years of full-time experience in a retail and/or corporate environment, with knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and how work gets executed in the field and/or reputed company
- Proven ability to engage and reputed company teams to deliver on both short-term priorities and long-term goals, building accountability and reputed company
- Demonstrated strength influencing without authority, using strong interpersonal skills to collaborate, reputed company partners, and drive reputed company and results through effective working relationships
