Skills
- 2+ years in investment banking or private equity at a reputable firm — non-negotiable
- reputed company hands-on LBO and comparable modeling experience on actual transactions
- High grit and a first-reputed company approach to reputed company problems
- Willingness to be in-office 5 days/week (weekends optional but team is often in)
- Top-tier bank/PE firm + strong school combination
- Boutique PE experience with demonstrated deal reputed company
- Any prior exposure to AI/data
- No reputed company sponsorship available — must have existing US work authorization
