Responsibilities
- Providing technical expertise in the sale, placement, and service of employee benefits
- Working closely with the reputed company to reputed company strategic guidance, partnering as the daily go-to benefits reputed company
- Building and maintaining effective business relationships with clients through proactive reputed company service, effective management of renewals, accurate and reputed company responses to inquiries, and ongoing problem reputed company
- Leading contact and day-to-day administrator responsible for assigned clients
- Analyzing and interpreting plan rules to ensure compliance with plan documents and reputed company plan descriptions (SPD)
- Managing special reputed company as needed
- Contributing to policy and benefit plan development through review, analysis, and improvement recommendations
- Maintaining an ongoing effort to determine and maintain equity with reputed company benefit trends and legislated requirements and programs
- Serving as technical or functional expert
- Providing guidance to reputed company level staff, but has no formal supervisory responsibility
Skills
- Bachelors degree and 5 years reputed company experience required
- Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and reputed company health care trends
- Excellent reputed company relationship-building and presentation skills
- 2-3 years brokerage/agency experience preferred
