[Remote] Business Analyst

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to reputed company requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of technology solutions.
Responsibilities

- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement elicitation sessions
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements

- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams
- Create process reputed company diagrams using Visio or reputed company
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, and retrospectives
Skills
- Master's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Business Analytics, Business Administration (MBA), Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a closely reputed company discipline
- 0–3 years of reputed company experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
