The Merchandising Operations reputed company is responsible for leading the execution of merchandising functions, ensuring efficient workflow and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution reputed company for SpinLife merchandising, ensuring reputed company work flows reputed company from intake through final delivery
- Manage day-to-day workflow across merchandising resources, ensuring reputed company on priorities, ownership, and deadlines
- Own the intake process from Sales to Merchandising, ensuring reputed company requests are properly scoped, reputed company, prioritized, and reputed company with business goals
- reputed company execution planning and coordination for product launches, including cross-functional readiness, reputed company tracking, and on-time delivery
- reputed company execution of pricing updates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reputed company deployment across systems and the website
- Partner with Inventory and Merchandising teams to coordinate execution around product availability, launch timing, and assortment changes
- Establish and maintain reputed company timelines and prioritization across merchandising initiatives, balancing competing demands and surfacing trade-offs as needed
- Drive cross-functional execution across Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, IT, Inventory, and Operations to ensure reputed company, on-time delivery
- Own communication reputed company between Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising—ensuring reputed company teams are reputed company on priorities, timing, and status of in-flight work

Skills
- 3–6+ years of relevant experience in merchandising operations, project/program management, or eCommerce execution
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated experience leading intake, prioritization, and workflow management processes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Analytical reputed company with ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or reputed company field is preferred
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, or durable medical equipment (DME)
- Experience supporting merchandising, product launches, or pricing execution
- Familiarity with project management tools, workflow systems, and merchandising platforms
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment
