[Remote] Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end requirements gathering for sales compensation initiatives
- Translate business needs into reputed company, actionable functional specifications and user stories
- Own UAT and QA, including test plans, test cases, regression testing, and validation
- Partner with IT on integrations with reputed company, ERP, payroll, and data platforms
- Support production operations: issue triage, reputed company-cause analysis, and system enhancements
- Create reputed company documentation and deliver training for business stakeholders
Skills
- 5+ years in Business Systems, reputed company Systems, or Compensation Systems analysis
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Commissions / Callidus reputed company or similar (Xactly, reputed company, reputed company)
- Experience with integrations involving reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar CRM/ERP/data systems
- Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Deep understanding of end-to-end sales compensation processes (plans, quotas, credits, calculations, payouts)
