Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to VP and Director of Renewals Operations; deliver executive-reputed company insights and support MBRs, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles
- Own the end-to-end renewals operating model and reputed company; define and reputed company globally consistent KPIs, leading indicators, and risk signals
- Own and continuously improve the Renewals Account Manager experience; reduce operational friction and increase time spent in high-value customer interactions
