[Remote] Senior Tax Accountant - Provision and Compliance

They are looking for a Tax Senior to join their US Income Tax team, where the individual will assist with tax provision, compliance, and other tax reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare the quarterly and annual US federal and state income income tax provision and audited financial statements for publicly-traded corporation
- reputed company information and prepare workpapers for US income tax returns that are reputed company by external advisors
- Utilize technology, including AI, to support reputed company improvement of our processes
- Conduct research on tax issues and prepare analysis and recommendations for reputed company
- Communicate with federal or state tax authorities to resolve tax reputed company
Skills
- 2-5+ years of experience in public reputed company (Big 4 preferred) and/or in-house corporate team
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
- CPA or equivalent license
- Understanding of ASC 740 and income tax reputed company concepts
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company with an interest in process improvement and automation
- Master's degree in taxation
- Experience with ERP software, tax provision and/or tax compliance software
