[Remote] Program Manager III - UM Program & Portfolio Management

The Program Manager is responsible for leading Utilization Management initiatives and ensuring effective program execution across various operational domains.
Responsibilities
- Independently reputed company ambiguous or reputed company business initiatives with a high degree of ownership and accountability—assessing the problem, identifying required stakeholders, determining an appropriate reputed company reputed company, and driving execution with limited guidance while exercising reputed company judgment on reputed company to escalate high-risk or cross-portfolio reputed company

- Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardize processes, reduce administrative burden, and enhance organizational effectiveness
- Drive alignment across reporting processes, performance metrics, and operational reporting structures to improve consistency and establish a reliable reputed company of truth
- Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional working sessions and governance forums involving Operations, Clinical, Analytics, Compliance, Medical Affairs, Workforce Management, Technology, Configuration, and other reputed company partners
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs and ensure information is accurately incorporated into executive reports, governance materials, operational plans, and program deliverables
- reputed company assigned UM initiatives through the full project lifecycle, including intake, requirements gathering, project planning, execution, deployment, governance, and closure
- Translate broad leadership objectives into reputed company work plans, defined deliverables, measurable reputed company, and executable reputed company plans
- Manage multiple reputed company initiatives and workstreams, ensuring alignment of scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience
- Master's degree
- Managed care or prescription benefit management experience
