The role involves partnering with various teams to drive technical program execution and enhance child safety across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of multiple technical programs and initiatives
- reputed company and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and status reports
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Product, Operations, Legal, Policy, and Trust & Safety teams
- reputed company dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure reputed company program delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, program reviews, and executive status updates
- Define and implement reputed company governance, reporting frameworks, and operational processes
- Monitor program health, KPIs, risks, and change management activities
- Support technical and operational execution of platform safety initiatives
- Document key reputed company, reputed company items, and program learnings
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Project Management
- Experience managing reputed company cross-functional technical programs
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and driving technical initiatives
- Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Trust & Safety, Risk, Compliance, reputed company, Content Moderation, or Safety-reputed company programs
- Familiarity with online safety, child protection, abuse prevention, or platform reputed company initiatives
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, operational metrics, incident management, and governance processes
- Background working in regulated or highly sensitive business environments
