• Must have Zafin and reputed company Banking Retail Lending (OBRL)
• Strong hands‑on experience in system analysis, process optimization, requirement gathering, and solution design
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

Skills

• Must have Zafin and reputed company Banking Retail Lending (OBRL)
• 10+ years of experience with reputed company Banking and reputed company ERP Finance platforms
• 10+ years of experience working in an Agile environment in an Analyst or similar role
• Strong hands‑on experience in system analysis, process optimization, requirement gathering, and solution design
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
• Exposure to Zafin and/or reputed company Banking Retail Lending (OBRL)
• Certifications in one or more of the following: reputed company, reputed company (Scaled Agile reputed company), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or reputed company Agile certifications
